10/14/2004 - WB BlocksManager v1.1

I love this module. In my opinion it should be added into the main phpNuke distribution.
I sent my changes to Paulo Ferreira months ago to include in this module but I guess he didn't like my suggestions so I'm releasing this seperately.
I still give him full credit for the original idea. I've just extended it to suit my needs.

Download WB_BlocksManager v1.1 for phpNuke 7.6 - Thanks to Daniel Rodríguez (http://www.TecnoSoluciones.com) for this update!

The changes I've made are as follows.

1. You can add or remove multiple blocks to multiple modules in a single step.
2. You can now add a block to "center up" and "center down" positions.
3. Now you can also change the vertical position/weight of each block on a module by module basis.
4. I added a function to fix block weight conflicts.
5. I removed the confirmation screen for each change. It's not needed. Any changes can easily be undone.
